Meditation is a practice in mindfulness. Through breath and sensory exercises we can build awareness of our present state of being. When we are able to recognize our current situation we empower ourselves to make a positive change. It is an ongoing practice where we gain insight on our internal environment and are then able to adapt to our ever changing external environment. Our meditation sessions may include gentle movement, sitting, standing, walking, writing, drawing, breathing, visualizations, and even eating!
